Dear Cinematique Supporters,

We are grateful for your support and commitment to Cinematique: Fostering Community and Connection and the foster and underserved youth and families that we serve.

Because of you, Cinematique has continued to be a great success! In 2023, the 11th annual Cinematique saw over 1,500 registrants and we hosted at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue to accommodate the growth. Cinematique 2024 saw us back at the Hyatt, with over 1,700 registrants! In December 2025, Cinematique welcomed over 2,000 participants — our largest turnout yet — a day filled with family, food, and excitement as guest families received helpful information and enjoyed a fun outing together.

Now in its 14th year, planning for Cinematique 2026 is underway in earnest. In view of the urgent needs that foster and underserved youth and families are experiencing resulting from increased costs, job loss, and cuts in government assistance, we are pivoting to meet those needs sooner. We are pleased to share that Cinematique 2026 will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2026, as a Back-to-School Resource Fair, anchored at Seattle City Hall and followed by a Seattle Sounders match that afternoon at Lumen Field, in partnership with the RAVE Foundation and Seattle Sounders FC.
