Cinematique 2026 — Free Swim Sign-Up
We are excited to offer a Free Swim experience at the Downtown Seattle YMCA on the morning of Cinematique 2026. Spots are limited to the first 60 swimmers who complete this form. You will receive a confirmation email if your spot is secured.

All adults age 18+ must present a valid photo ID (Driver's License, State ID, Military ID, or Passport) at YMCA check-in
Towels will be provided
Locker rooms are on the 4th floor — take the elevator to the pool area
Parking is available at the 4th & Madison Parking Garage (bring ticket inside for validation)
Swimmers must arrive by 8:00 AM — swim lessons begin at 8:00 AM and the pool will be shared after that time
Completing this form does not guarantee a spot — the first 60 swimmers to fully complete this form will be prioritized.
